Delivery Information

The delivery of Daikin spare parts or equipment is direct to the chosen delivery address.

Click-collect options will require the purchaser to arrange uplift. Forklift facilities are available at our warehouse.

Delivery time and date of a purchase is very much dependent on several factors:

• stock availability at the time of order
• payment settlement of an order(s)
• distribution depot delays
• weather

Our aim is to provide a prompt delivery service.

If you have a time critical purchase please contact the office directly (01382 543375) to confirm delivery date/time. Special deliveries are available on request for additional cost.

This online shop operates active stock reporting and therefore the settlement of stock against an order is dependent on the time taken for payment settlement delays.

Payment settlement is not within our direct control and, on occasion, there can be unexpected delays.

It is possible that an order is accepted but stock has been allocated against another order due to payment settlement.

In such circumstances, we will contact you to provide you with a estimated delivery date or offer a refund less any Paypal payment fees or banking charges applicable to the transaction.
