Installation The Natural Energy Company uses a nationwide network of supplier-approved and qualified installers. Indeed our own roots are in the building trade, and as such we have not only built up an enviable reputation for quality and attention to detail, but we extend that to each individual contract that we supervise and project manage. If you decide that you are looking to install an Energy Alternative system, then we shall arrange for a qualified representative to visit your property. This thorough site visit will establish your needs as well as the most suitable installation for your own circumstances. We will then project manage the installation so that you have a single point of contact, regardless of the work that is being done. Your contract will be with us and we will undertake responsibility for any warranty issues. Naturally many of these technologies are advancing. As technology improves we will constantly seek to establish new relationships with suppliers and ensure that the product is as efficient and cost-effective as possible. As such we reserve the right to change our suppliers and specification, though you can rest assured that this will always be for the better, and always with your knowledge. contact us After-sales care Like your boiler or existing central heating system, you will need to maintain any energy alternatives that you have installed in your home, if it is to operate at peak efficiency and to maintain reliability. We recommend that a Heat Pump, for example, is serviced once a year. This will cost approximately £80 - £100 and is dependent on the size of the installation. Compare this cost with the likely savings of 60% - 70% off your existing bills and you will still be making significant savings.
