The Altherma earns ECO-LABEL status

We are pleased to announce the Altherma has been awarded the prestigious Eco-Label status.
In being awarded the EU Eco-label, Altherma manufactured by Daikin Europe NV, and supplied and installed and supported by The Natural Energy Company, was assessed in a range of categories:
- heating efficiency
- refrigerant global warming potential (GWP)
- noise
- absense of RoHS substances
- training
- documentation
- 10 years availability of spare parts
- detailed information at point of sale
This is excellent news and supports the fact that the Altherma remains the most advanced and energy efficient air sourced heat pump on the market.
The design of the Althema and the heat emitter systems operation at 35°C requires considered design. The Natural Energy Company can assist in your design process. In particular, we are able to design complete Altherma and Daikin fan coil systems to operate with weather compensation. Flow temperatures of 35°C and lower allow us to develop seasonal system efficiencies of up to 550%. This includes the heat pump, circulation pump, controls...everything.
Ground source and boreholes....just too expensive and inefficient compared to the Altherma.
